Akshay Surve, On the mission

Akshay Surve
Akshay is on a pursuit of making meaning through his initiatives. He has deep understanding of the Internet Advertising and Technology space having worked with high growth startups from Mumbai and New York. Akshay also founded SocialSync to launch online community platforms for non-profits which is now an investee of UnltdIndia, a premiere organization which funds social entrepreneurs. Ads4Good directly emerged out of this set of diverse experiences.
When not with his Macbook you can either find him preparing for the next marathon or disappearing for hikes in the Sahayadris. He was once seen taking a leap from a mountain top and soaring the skies solo in what looked like an elongated umbrella from far.

Ravi Kabra
Ravi has been instrumental in building and managing the Media Contacts and Center of Excellence operations in India. He has been involved in Online Marketing since 1999 encompassing areas across e-marketing. He has rich experience in Online branding, cross channel ROI measurement using analytics, SEO, PPC / SEM / contextual advertising, Affiliate marketing, Content Management Systems and Social Media marketing.

Pavan Mishra, Code Ninja

Pavan Mishra
Pavan writes code. He finds himself at ease when discussing design patterns and new programming paradigms. He frequently toggles between Ruby and Python and is equally adept at both.
Pavan is classified by his friends as an endangered species for his rare ability to work all nighters back to back. These days he is frequently spotted near the Sanjay Gandhi National Park.
